Regional operations center (subsidiary of HCA) for health insurance
networks to employer groups. Operations included call center, and services
included utilization review, worker's compensation report of injury and
case management, and third party administration (TPA). 750+ associates
located in offices in 15 states, made up of administrative professionals,
sales and marketing professionals, account and contract managers,
adjusters, and RN's providing utilization review and worker's comp case
management. Travelled 20% of the time, while successfully administering
corporate policies at the regional level, providing reciprocal feedback to
corporate regarding the field's needs. Responsibilities included the
oversight and delivery of all HR programs across the areas of
