Designed and implemented the document control department for BTGA on behalf of the construction department of Barona Valley Ranch. Support to BTGA

office and field staff, project contractors and subcontractors, as well as various Casino departments for owner coordination. Responsible for maintaining all

document records, drawing plans and submittal documents for multiple contract projects. Entered, logged, and tracked all submittal reports via Expedition.

Facilitated all drawing revisions with the Architect and the blue print company. Appointed as the key contact person when placing work orders online for

drawing plans/revisions and shop drawings through TigerReprographics. Filed all incoming and outgoing correspondence on a daily basis. Designed and

implemented the project’s archive filing system for turnover to owner.
