School Based Cost Reporting
• Assisted Local Education Authorities with preparation and submission of district Medicaid Cost Reports
• Conducted cost analysis resulting in an additional $5 million in FY09 and FY10 in Medicaid Fee-for-service
reimbursements for several state school districts.

Medicaid Cost Settlement Reports
• Prepared and submitted the Special Education Medicaid Cost Settlement Report on behalf of the District of
Columbia Public Schools
• Conducted an analysis of all costs incurred by the District of Columbia Public Schools in the provision of special
