Installed, configured and maintained 24/7/365 global network carrying data,

voice and video. The network consisted of over 100 node sites and 6 data

centers which included Juniper, Cisco, Nortel and Alcatel hardware in

addition to over 300 servers running Linux. Solely responsible for Network

department's equipment for 4 node sites and 1 data center.

10/98-06/02 BLOOMBERG, New York, N.Y. - Trading Systems Support

Coordinated the installation of routers and the circuits connecting them to

two separate data centers. Confirmed connectivity and tested applications.

Assisted clients with issues at all layers in regard to sending/receiving

extremely time sensitive data.

07/94-09/98 BLOOMBERG, New York, N.Y. - Global Technical Support

Interfaced directly with clients to diagnose hardware, software and

communication issues. Coordinated dispatches by both Bloomberg technicians
