CONTROLLER - Bass Transportation - (Jan 2001 - April '09)

Responsibility for generation of all financial statements including balance

sheet, income statement and cash flow analysis. As an officer of the

Company I have direct reporting responsibility to the Board of Directors of

Bass Transportation.

Management duties include a presentation of all financials and

recommendations regarding expense and revenue projections. Stockholder

meetings are held on a quarterly basis and all questions relative to budget

/ actual / variances from projected earnings and expenses were discussed.

On-going responsibilities:

? Supervision of accounts receivable, payable, billing and payroll.

? Negotiation of any debt obligations and funding requirements

? Bank reconciliations

? Responsible for physical audit of inventory and reconciliation

Obligation to reconcile perpetual to physical inventory

? Accurate and timely payment to all government agencies (payroll and fuel

etc.)

? Issuance of all W-2s and 1099s as necessary

? Administration of 401K Plan

? Accounts Payable - review and establishment of controls over all

payables.

? Resolution of all payroll discrepancies with Company and Independent

Drivers

? Resolution of all uncollectible debt obligations

? Manage staff responsible for all accounting activities related to daily

income and revenue
