. Provides facility, field and construction engineering support in

fielding Missile Defense Agency (MDA) capabilities in areas related to

facility, infrastructure, missile/launch field construction and

operations, and upgraded early warning radar complexes

to awarding contracts

. Directed $5.3M electrical utility installation for new Air Force base
