My responsibilities include preparing sales document folders,
answering phone calls for our three franchise dealership (high
volume switchboard), As mentioned I also am a Cashier for the
service and parts departments. Dealing with service contracts,
invoices and customer service issues daily. I act as an assistant
when in need, picking up work wherever I can in the dealership,
most recently screening sales reports in the contact
management system seeking correct details. I highly enjoy my
position and workplace, however I am seeking full time hours
which at this time is not available. Anyone in the dealership can
tell you I am highly personable with excellent customer service
and phone/communication skills. I am always available when
needed whether it be to cover a shift or pick up slack.

Automotive Sales Representative/ Advertising Clerk
Showing product to consumers and how it reflects their individual
vehicle needs was one of my favorite aspects of the position along
with creating “your own business” and customer/sales relationship.
It taught me to have high work ethic and to create consistent
performance. It also improved my communication skills greatly. I
feel my logic was of high contribution to the dealership. As the
months went on I acknowledged the traffic flow in comparison to
area dealers and how our lack of advertisement was effecting our
business. Then on, I assisted the General Manager in advertising.

Worked the credit center, for the grand opening of the Upland
location. Also worked the credit center soliciting store and visa
credit cards as well, the hire desk answering phones, as well as
answering Kohl’s potential employee’s questions. When the store
opened I worked POS registers as a lead, also sales/customer
service, stockroom, and overnight recovery.

interviews and hiring as well working side by side with the Director. I
managed the business plan and made sure we were on track monthly.I
learned sales, all sections of a business, cash handling and customer
service skills during the time I worked for this company. I can type 65
words per minute, I have exceptional computer skills and am familiar
with most office programs with the exception to any company based
computer systems I may be unfamiliar with that you may use of
course. I have taken communication courses and feel I have an eye for
detail, great sales skills, and best of all I’m self motivated and am a
hard working individual with a drive for success and a history of proven
results. Let go because the Therapy Program closed for a partnership
with a near by regional program.
