Career Summary
. More than four years of diverse hands-on design experience including
designing web-site, magazine layout, brochure, flyers, book-cover, CD
cover, and wine labels to name a few.
. Worked in couple of high profile project:
o Was one of the key resources from PUBS to implement all the
changes to the web from SDN06005 NPI Remediation project.
o Am also working in the HCPCS project to implement all the
changes to the web.
. In day to activities in PUBS:

of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.

My role as a web specialist is to coordinate with the project team and
generate design documents, sketches and then implementing the same in the
Medi-Cal websites
. Designing logos (example: Education &Outreach logo, Drugs Use Review
etc) & flyers for the Department Of Health Care Services (DHCS).
. Responsible to do series of updates based on SDN changes as directed
by the project team (approved by DHCS) or the normal month to month
changes as directed by DHCS:
o Updating the monthly bulletin articles (.asp pages).
o Updating provider manual links with the bulletins and
maintaining the provider manuals page.
o Update Companion Guides as when needed by a SDN or a Problem
Statement.
o Updating the vendors & billing services directory for providers
to automate Medi-Cal claims submissions.
o Updating new articles on the home page and archiving the old
articles as per DHCS instructions.
. Responsible for designing new web pages as and maintains web pages
and graphics to comply with style guides, best practices, standards,
and specifications as established and agreed upon with DHCS
. Streamlining procedures between our group and DHCS for timely update
of the articles all throughout the Medi-Cal website.
. Updating the training seminar information on the web sites and
design hand out flyers for the DHCS web site.
