NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS (See project list on page 4 for details)

. Successfully constructed multiple new lab facilities and

renovated existing operational facilities without disruption

to client operations in clean rooms and process plants on

multiple campuses

. Engaged with the executive staff and operations group for

Kohl Construction Group to develop and publish the company's

comprehensive Corporate Safety Program and Hazardous

Communication Plan and Training Program by working with a

handpicked safety committee and consultant. Successfully

implemented and executed the newly published program on all

levels and lowered the company's EMR through training,

reporting and field inspections.

. Entered into a joint venture environment as the managing

partner for the Brooklyn MTA Fulton Street Station to

rehabilitate an active train station and viaduct working

between the MTA and the projects bonding company.

Successfully negotiated agreement to complete $132 million

worth of work left by 2 previous contractors who were removed

from the project with no rail disruption.

. Lead Claim development and negotiations/defense of the

Brooklyn MTA Fulton Street Station to recover funds spent by

previous contractors. We were able to successfully settle

claims between surety, MTA and contractors salvaging project

warranties with initial contractors, turning over the station

and tracks on time and bringing the project costs in under

the sum of the bond.

. While managing the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis

Centers indoor tennis stadium at Flushing Meadows Park;

Awarded "Project of the Year" in recognition for superior

performance, safety and customer satisfaction, "Director of

the Year" in recognition for managing 75% of the company's

projects (contracts in excess of $175 million) with complete

customer satisfaction and "Value Engineered Project of the

Year" in recognition of value engineering 15% off the GMP to

meet clients needs by working closely with the designers,

vendors, client and subcontractors.

. Successfully managed the coordination of the construction of

a 300,000 SF stadium on the National Tennis Centers property

in Flushing Meadows Park, Queens during the US Open while

800,000 visitors, vendors and players of the event over a 2

week period were on the complex site and major construction

remained ongoing with 275 construction workers remained

productive on a "Fast Track Schedule". No disruption

encountered to the event or construction while maintaining

schedule for 2 consecutive US Opens.

. Strategically planned and managed the establishment of

multiple corporations to manage and construct both union and

non-union projects (public and private) while managing all

phases of operations (Business Development, Estimating,

Operations). We productively self performed general

contracted and subcontracted work in one corporation while

performing Construction Management Services in the other.

Overall corporate volume increased by 40%.

Privately held general contractor and construction manager focusing on both

the public and private sectors. Scope of services include heavy and

highway, earthwork and utilities, underpinning, sheeting and shoring, major

concrete with one company and general contracting and construction

management with the other company with a presence in the New Jersey and New
