Successfully completed the upgrades at 41 stations in Georgia and 16

in the Dallas / Ft Worth area. Each site was scheduled for a five day

completion. All but four of these were completed in four days. This

enabled these stations to run 100% fuel sales a day earlier which decreased

loss to operations. Required the simultaneous coordination of multiple

contractors, delivery and inventory of parts and equipment totaling 900+

per each site, fuel pump outs and deliveries, testing and inspection

through state environmental agencies.

local courier company which was brought in under my management. Acted as

3PL for Choice Logistics, UPS Logistics, Dynamex, BNSF, and others.

Shipped 1500+ units per week and maintained a working inventory of 15,000

units. Regularly posted 99% accuracy through agent audits.

Responsible for growing new accounts and maintaining national accounts in

South Metro Atlanta and East Alabama. Accounts included commercial

top ten homebuilders. This generated production of eleven houses per week

with an average monthly revenue of $31,000.

Managed the construction of over fifty new homes. Responsible all phases

Interviewed and hired team of sub contractors to manage the

construction of single family homes. Built strong relationship with sub

contractors by assisting in managing their payroll and instructed them on

the use of Microsoft Excel and Project to help increase their efficiency

and job management.

overtime and allowed designers/sales associates to give realistic lead

times on production and delivery.
