Managed and implemented Program Controls Requirements, which included, but

were not limited to:

. I was responsible for developing and meeting all business goals. These

included budgeting, scheduling, sales, acquisitions, financials and

proposals. I developed solutions to issues impacting these goals and

implemented them after approval by the Product Support Manager.

. Conducted ongoing reviews of all work, serving as the prime interface

between the Product Support Manager and all disciplines impacting the

orders.

. Developed financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results

role one of my achievements was when the customer imposed a performance

measurement directive midway through the $25 million program effort. I

evaluated position, identified additional requirements and converted

program successfully. RESULT: Maintained schedule, and implemented PMS

(Performance Measurement Schedule) and still achieved an additional

$1.5 million in profit.
