. Responsible for performing a cost study of the construction of pipe lines

systems in order to budget future projects with more accuracy. Study

results assessed the cost of the pipeline system's construction for each

phase and yielded a geographic cost index. Cost Indexes were used in the

new software developed at that time by IBM for Ecopetrol for managing
