Manage the Automation, Electrical, and Instrumentation departments as
well as running a HPWS group of operators and mechanics dedicated to
process improvement projects and the optimization of all processes
related to our operation.
Responsible for the continual improvement in production machinery
efficiency and the maximization of plant utilization through TPM and
HPWS.
Experience with HDPE, PET, and rPET bottleling applications

injection machines to remotely access their respective processors and
provide a remote troubleshooting terminal. Wrote proposals for capital
project and implemented several improvement projects.
Project examples: Energy Reductions, Variable Speed Control Mixers and
Raw Material Delivery-Provided electrical support for the plant
utility systems and production lines. Developed MMI / HMI (RSView32)
applications and wrote PLC programming for assisting operators to
resolve long lasting issues and reduced unplanned downtime.

building. Also setup and configured a variety of digital printers such

Manage and support the plant control systems, Siemens and AB PLC's,
Variable Frequency Drives, IT System communications and MMI / HMI
applications.
Developed control system specifications for various projects: new
product commissioning, plant capacity improvements, and continuous
productivity improvements.
GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
Substantial experience programming and troubleshooting the following
Allen Bradley controllers and VFD's as well as navigating their
respective software packages: PLC 5, SLC 500-505, Micrologix 1000 &
1200, Control Logix, Drives 1336, 1395, PowerFlex 4, 40, 70, & 700.
Also possess experience installing and trouble shooting Device Net,
Control Net, DH+, and RIO networks as well as Flex I/O platforms.
Substantial experience programming and troubleshooting; RSView 32,
PanelView 32, RSBatch, and PanelView 1000 HMI's, and knowledge of PID
tuning; experience calibrating and installing HART devices such as
pressure, level, and temperature transducers. Entry level experience
troubleshooting and developing applications with Wonderware Intouch
and Inbatch system platforms. Posses experienced in cleaning methods
such as CIP, COP, and SIP as well as experience with GMPs as it
relates to the food industry.
