1995-Present Broadcast Operations Supervisor/Master Control
Trains, schedules and supervises the multi channel 24 hour
television Master Control room
Operations. Develops and monitors policies and procedures to
insure efficient and continual
operation of the television Master Control room with the use of
video and audio
switching/routing, server based automation equipment to deliver
programs, stations breaks
and promos according to the pre-establish program Log.
Ensures Master Control equipment is working efficiently by
communicating with the
engineering department, documenting and tracking equipment problems.
Improves and
updates Master Control procedures by working with Master Control
operators and others,
including traffic, programming and related units. Monitors
discrepancy reports and
recommends and/or initiates corrective actions. Responsible for the
complaisance of FCC
rules and regulations regarding the television Master Control room
operations.

Supervises, schedules and coordinates personnel for the
repairing and installation of
studio equipment and remote production units for the recording

microwave setup of local remotes to be aired. Interface with

Programming and/or Production representatives in the advance
planning stages to
ensure the efficient provision of technical facilities and
personnel to achieve desired
results. Make any recommendations regarding corrective measures
and adjust the
personnel and facility schedules to satisfy the changing demands
of on-air and
