Bank Related Systems Services Department
. Modified the ATM fee processing system to allow statements to be
created at calendar month-end as well as statement month-end, and to
maintain fees on-line.
. Wrote the front-end programs in the system to create an ATM directory,
using FINALIST to verify addresses, which contained the location of
all ATM's for Merrill Lynch CMA customers.
Transfer Agency Department
. Modified the Stock Record Integration systems to process new mutual
funds and to alter the processing of other funds by adding postage
fees and eliminating journal entries for fractional shares
Transfer Agency Department 1984 - 1987
. As a member of an on-line development team, participated in the
analysis, design, programming and maintenance for the company's
Transfer Agency System. Programs written included customer account
maintenance, account status changes, dividend, capital gains and loss
declaration, check liquidation, account inquiry via social security
number, prior account number and keyword, direct orders data entry,
state and zip code inquiry, transaction batching, printer activity
inquiry and a "HELP" function.
