Highlights: Benton Harbor Area Schools originally founded in 1872 is a

public school district in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Hired into the

organization as a Human Resource Manager with essential responsibilities

that included providing a wide range of personnel duties within a

procedural framework set by the Human Resources Department. Assisted

with hiring and interview procedures, prepared job descriptions,

investigated and resolved employee complaints, grievance handling and

contract disputes for 5 separate union groups inclusive of

administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals, bus drivers and
