Prior to the release of internally designed software applications worked

with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create end user manuals,

user guides, quick reference guides, FAQs and help-files.

. Interfaced with, and assisted Quality Assurance on the

identification of bugs prior to corporate wide distribution.

. Planned, developed and maintained technical manuals and on-line

help files for over 25 applications and hand held devices - using

PageMaker, Doc-To-Help, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, and some

JavaScript.

. Designed multiple Quick Reference Guides for above applications,

FAQs and other training materials using the above tools.

. Created websites tracking the SCI project and new warehouse build

in Patterson that were "graphically well designed and fun to use

for hundreds of employee stakeholders."

. Created and managed content of over 100 websites housing technical

documents

. Interfaced with, and assisted departments with project scheduling

. Developed templates to standardize our internal web design and
