• Reorganized component storage, safety stock, buffer inventories by purchasing and installing overhead
racking systems.
• Implemented Kanban utilities to control the flow of materials to the production floor while providing
accurate information to the purchasing department to reduce days-on-hand inventories from 30 days to
12 days.
• Participated in Kaizens to generate processes to improve productivity and increase quality.
