• Reorganized component storage, safety stock, buffer inventories by purchasing and installing overhead

racking systems.

• Implemented Kanban utilities to control the flow of materials to the production floor while providing

accurate information to the purchasing department to reduce days-on-hand inventories from 30 days to

12 days.

• Participated in Kaizens to generate processes to improve productivity and increase quality.

Marshall Field’s

• Developed and implemented new processes for the receiving of goods from 2 days to 12 hours.

• Reorganized back stock storage areas for improved product flow.
