Information Management is a support and enhancement project of a Data Warehouse (EDW) of
Motorola - Mobile Devices sector. This is an one-stop-shop that serves the reporting needs of
Supply Chain, Finance, Service, Sales Forecasting,Supply and Demand Planning. Informatica
9.1 is being used to extract data from 13 different ERP & Non-ERP systems. Analytical and
Operational Reports are provided via Oracle Business Intelligence and Business Objects
applications. This is an ideal platform for reporting current as well as Historical data without any
performance hindrances
IMAPS aims at providing demand/supply reports to the customer. Provides customer the
information to view forecast/demand ratio in Mobile Devices. This project is mainly to make as a
single system to mange demand and supply for different regions. Source is ODP and Data ware
house is EDW, main aim of this project is to deliver reports to users based on which they can take
decisions regarding Demand and Supply.
Responsibilities:
1. Involved in application maintenance for the entire system.
2. Trouble shooting implementation / post implementation issues.
3. Handling trouble Service requests/concerns raised by users.
4. Identifying existing bugs or any performance issues in the existing system
5. Ensure that the Service/Problem requests raised by the customers are resolved and

OBIEE Support, maintenance provides 24/7 support to the OBIEE application, bug
fixes, small enhancements and performance tuning. The support team used to take care of
