. Marketing - Use existing relationships and networking events to
produce business opportunities
. Estimating - develop/distribute bid solicitations, follow-up with
bidders, develop pre-bid scopes, monitor and review bids/budgets for
accuracy, conduct pre-bid meetings, schedules, bid proposal and follow-
up

. Meet with project team at start of each project prior to mobilization
to review subcontractors scope, construction schedule, identify long
lead items and deliverables
. Conduct Pre-Construction site visit with subcontractors and building
management to develop "Pre-Con Punch List" and review "Building Rules
& Regulations"
. Schedule and coordinate trades to comply with construction schedule to
ensure timely project completion
. Maintain daily logs to include trades, manpower, site conditions and
activities
. Maintain records and conduct weekly safety meetings with all
subcontractors. Ensure that all safety requirements are being
administered and executed at all times. File all accident reports
immediately with complete information of the incidents. Keep all
safety records on site to support OSHA inspections.
. Conduct daily quality control inspections and notify Project Manager
of any deficiency and/or potential delays
. Schedule, confirm and be present for all inspections
. Notify Project Manager of any "non-scope" items that occur and submit
tickets before weekly progress meetings
. Submit RFI's with suggested solutions to Architect/Engineer and update
logs accordingly
