Profile

Registered architect who consults with owners and their representatives as

well as serves as project construction manager. Project experience

1 Seton Home Administration Building - San Antonio, Texas

Project Manager: (2,400 SF/$174K). Administrative offices for this non-

profit organization.

2 DSHS Rio Grande State Center Outpatient Clinic - Harlingen, Texas

Project Manager: (6,400 SF total/$7.0M). Project requiring demolition,

renovation, and new construction of a 50+ year old building. The multi-use

designed project includes a 17-exam room clinic, phlebotomy area and

waiting, pharmacy and waiting, imaging area (x-ray, ultrasound,

mammography, and bone densitometer) with waiting and changing, employee

wellness area with lockers, a teaching kitchen, social services offices,

administrative offices, psychologist offices and waiting area, a chapel,

and staff exam rooms.

3 Air Force Village I - San Antonio, Texas

Project Manager: Design of a Porte Cochere at the entrance of the

administration building to enhance the front of the building and allow

social gatherings in a protected area as a part of the master plan of the

facility.

Project Manager: Design of a stereotactic suite and design of an ultrasound

suite with three exam rooms, a control room, and changing facilities.

1 Ruby Ranch Lodge - Buda, Texas

Project Architect: Addition of a kitchen, dining facilities, and guest

rooms to expand the capabilities of the lodge. Completed September 2006.

Buda City Hall Addition - Buda, Texas

Project Architect: (3,500 SF addition with a 1,600 square foot sound

controlled council chamber $775K). Completed April 2003.

Medical War Readiness Material Storage Facility Addition - Nellis AFB,

Nevada

Project Architect: (16,000 SF). Indefinite Delivery Contract. Completed

June 1998.

Dental Clinic Replacement - Holloman AFB, New Mexico

Project Architect: (12,049 SF/ $3.1M). New 16-Chair Dental Clinic/U. S.

Army Corps of Engineers.

Completed October 1998.

designed for the study of biological effects of directed energies. Army
