Looking for employment primarily in landscape related areas. Because of my

success in sales and in construction, I am leaving these options open as

well. I am looking for an organization that can benefit from my many years

of experience. The corollary of this is of course, is that an organization

that prospers would cause me to prosper. I have extensive experience in

dealing with both the public and in supervising a variety of work forces.

I am looking for the opportunity to offer these talents to a company that

Landscape entrepreneur from 1977 with two interruptions to present

Skill Set and Relevant Experience

. Owned and operated lawn maintenance company (one million dollar gross

1986)

. Operated this organization on a 19% payroll (must be a record !)

. Close landscape sales calls at 85% rate (includes cold commercial

calls)

. Can operate a variety of construction equipment (steer skid very well)

. Possess a Texas Irrigator License 05841

. As a construction superintendent, I learned a great deal about many

trades

. I have extensive experience in design, presentation, selling the deal,

implementation, customer satisfaction, and collecting the job

. With so many years experience, I am comfortable with all phases of

landscape work (ie, waterfalls, patios, small concrete projects,

efficient lawn maintenance, landscape installation, drainage, and both

irrigation installation and repair.
