[pic] Mechanical Designing of Power Transformers (using
available design rules and guidelines) for local and
export markets. Designing includes the calculations of
transformer tank (including its stiffening beams, etc.),
cover, expansion tank (conservator), cooling equipment
(radiators), jacking pads, lifting hooks, wheels, etc.
Working on a Pro-Engineer based platform for modeling the
transformer in 3D and extracting scaled drawings. The
customization includes working with features such as
Layouts, Pro-Program, Family Tables, etc.
Modeling of transformer piping, using the Piping Module of
Pro-Engineer
Designing of transformers with special space, climatic and
functional requirements
Involved in complete execution of Power Transformers up to
145kV
Involved in Vendor Development and liaison with vendors
regarding technical issues for outsourcing of steel parts
