PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Management
• Developed comprehensive cross-training program and standardized team operations to ensure
team member proficiency in all positions within the JCATS/MUSE team
• Led the build of the current Joint Intelligence Combat Training Center (JICTC) within the JCATS
and MUSE systems
• Selected over 21 qualified applicants to lead a 60-member multi-service Analytical Team in the
Kunia Regional Security Operations Center (RSOC).
• Advanced from Analyst to Department Manager in just over one year, normally a three-year
process.
• Transformed a disorganized and inefficient section into the winner of the Kunia RSOC Joint
Operations Department's Team Award, while improving overall production by over 200%.
• Managed production of over 2,500 SIGINT product reports in 2004, which was a 25% increase
from previous all-time high.
• Provided time-sensitive reports and assistance responsive to the SIGINT needs of the Coalition
Joint Task Force (C-JTF), Intelligence Support Element, and Army Central Command
Commander.
Organization
• Primary builder of previous JICTC exercise within the JCATS and MUSE systems.
• Converted entire current JICTC scenario using JTDS to a format which can be used by all other
simulation federates.
• Organized numerous quarterly and annual intelligence briefings for the department while
working in the Kunia RSOC.
• Wrote over 70 product reports and 50 technical reports. Reports prepared received accolades
from other intelligence agencies including the NSA, DIA, and NGIC.
• Released over 800 SIGINT product reports over a 13-month period while exceeding the Kunia
RSOC's accuracy rate.
Instructor
• Facilitated and helped to develop 5-day scenario for current 35G (imagery analyst) exercises
• Trained over 400 Military Intelligence soldiers how to operate the MUSE systems in preparation
of exercises.
• Developed initial 20-hour scenario and message traffic for first Digital Training Operations Center
(DTOC) Instructor Certification Course.
• Trained over 1,500 Senior and Advanced Noncommissioned Officers on the ASAS Remote Work
Stations current situation, database and targeting operations within the DTOC.
• Briefed over 1,000 US Military Basic and Advanced Officers on Collection and Jamming Platoon
Operations within a Platoon Operations Center.
• Trained over 250 US Army Captains and 125 Noncommissioned Officers during 11 CAPSTONE
Exercises.
