Successful completion of 6 town-home

buildings from foundations to closings

with finishes and closings of two

existing town-home buildings. Total

community-40 units. 25 pre-walks and

closings with families, minor punch lists

completed before families were to move

into homes in December 07.

Approximately 2000 sq. ft. homes.

Coordinated subcontractors, scheduled

deliveries, orders, inspections,

selection sheets, change orders, to achieve

a quality finished product.

2004-2007 Production Manager - Leopard Framing Corporation, Newark,

NJ

Supervision and coordination of multiple units including

approximately 375 town homes and approximately 340

condominiums. Community locations -Wanaque, Lyndhurst,

Belleville, Middletown, NJ, Peekskill, Wallkill and

Haverstraw, NY. Wall panel, floor truss, roof truss along with

Hambro, concrete and light steel construction. Implemented

all design, structural and township codes as required and

inspect changes. Weekly safety meetings, site inspections

and work crews adhering to strict safety enforcement.

Construction meetings, schedules of closings and pre-walks.

All material delivery logistic schedules and coordination with

other trades with locations on-site. Company equipment

maintenance checklists, manpower, field inspections and

closing dates.

Site location- Renaissance at Fairfield, NJ.

24 single-family homes up to 3600 sq. ft. All New

Jersey DEP fill credits, NJ Department of soil conservation

applications, inspections along with all "earthwork" utility

inspections. Homeowner pre-walks, changes, punch lists and

closing dates with certificate of occupancy. Extremely

successful project with Executive level product, which 30%

completed months ahead of schedule.

Monmouth County, NJ

40 Luxury estate homes up to 5000 sq ft. Frame

starts through inspection homeowner pre-walks, punch lists

and closings.

1998-2001 Finish/Frame/Site Superintendent, Baker Residential,

Pleasantville, NY

Site - Ramapo River Reserve, Oakland, NJ - (400 Acres)

Supervised the frame construction of approximately 356 single-

family homes up to 4200 sq. ft. Organized weekly safety

construction and team meetings with scheduled closings and

construction start dates with sub-contractors. Organized

material delivery orders, pre-walks, punch lists, scheduled

inspections through certificate of occupancy and closing

walks with new homeowners. Site safety and field meetings

with contractors.
