standards and practices pertaining to Romanian mineral
resources to harmonize them with the European Union Directives,
in collaboration with other ministries;
Update the agency's database with the new licenses data;
Analyze studies submitted for license, negotiate their terms
and execute license agreements;
Organize and evaluate tenders for bidding, (development and
environmental studies, financial and technical assessment for
mining perimeters), documents submitted to receive licenses for
exploration or mining of natural resources;
Create technical reports regarding the mining and geological
status of Romanian natural resources and present them at
international conferences, and seminars (Japan, South Korea).
Pre-1999 Employment
Nine years, working in underground pits, quarry, in the mining
industry as Geological Engineer, being responsible with the
quality of coal, Hydrological safety of the mine and closely
supervise the coal production. Five years as Human Resources
Manager in the Romanian private sector.
