. Transitioned trucking from a combination of aging, owned,

rented and leased vehicles to a modern fleet of leased

vehicles from a single provider. Later participated in the

conversion to dedicated logistics resulting in the

elimination of ten (10) drivers, forty-three (43) vehicles

and direct responsibility for workers compensation liability.

Service to our customers improved and total costs were

reduced marginally.
