Single point of accountability for all IT outsourcing services provided for
a client. Managed multi-site global resources provided by service delivery
organizations. Responsible for customer relationship, project management,
staffing, P&L management, daily IT operations, and contract/business
management. Managed accounts ranging up to $25M in annual revenue.
Accounts included companies in the shipping and logistics, technology,
financial services, consumer packaged goods, and telecommunications
industries.
Led two IT outsourcing account startup projects from pre-sale through
completion. These involved significant process, personnel, and technology
change.
o Received internal "Best of the Best" award for role on megadeal
with global shipping and logistics company which involved a large
data center migration, vendor migration, and process change
implementation projects.

England, for building a high performance team and meeting all point-

Service Delivery Executive
Held this role for one of EDS' largest financial services customers and a
large consumer products company. Directly responsible for the client
corporation's IT infrastructure and operations. This included all computing
operations, telecommunications, network, field services, service desk, and
project management. These were multi-site and global operations that
included remote and offshore resources. Responsibilities included
operational and financial performance along with project, personnel, and
customer relationship management.
At the financial services company, held solution and cost model approval
authority for all renewable and add-on business in both the applications
and infrastructure outsourcing space.
Member of pursuit teams for a contract renewal and a major IT outsourcing
deal.
Global Network Manager - Managed the data network for a large international
corporation.
Infrastructure Manager - Established and supported the infrastructure for a
fast-track, 24x7 project in India to construct the largest grass-roots
refinery in the world. Infrastructure comprised midrange and desktop along
with voice, data, satellite, and video circuits serving a client project
team located in 10 sites on three continents.

Spent a number of years with this large international engineering and
project management firm based in San Francisco. Roles included systems
programming, executive support and IT management. Assignments included
headquarter based and overseas positions on large petrochemical, power, and
civil construction projects.
