Human Resources Consultant
Consulted with a variety of small business owners to provide advice
on human resource problems and issues. Ensured clients complied with legal
requirements without having to hire full-time HR professional. Advisement
on facility safety and OSHA issues.
Created a "quick reference guide" for multiple departments for
Fortune 500 Company records consulting project. Developed a standardized
schedule for records retention and specialized schedules for individual
department needs. This resulted in a first ever on-going process for
accurate records retrieval, storage and management.

Human Resources/Safety Manager 1988-2006
Conducted salary surveys, updated policy issues and manuals, handled
job postings, and made recommendations to management on individual employee
performance and development. Oversaw facility needs and negotiated
contracts with vendors providing building management services, including
housekeeping, insect control, and refuse removal. Completed required
government reports, including OSHA-300 and EEO-1, and HR bid proposals, and
