Provided financial and programmatic monitoring of stimulus programs, housed

in the Asset Development Department. Monitored stimulus programs to ensure

adequate progress on annual program plan in terms of outcome achievement;

provided bi-weekly reports to Division Director in terms of goal

achievement and areas where corrective action was needed. Monitored

financial budget and ensured that funds were being spent in a timely

fashion and that grants funds are being spent in line with projections.

Reviewed monthly program reports from internal and external programs;

liaison with programs to provide technical assistance as needed in

reporting process. Assisted Director with completing agency-wide Stimulus

reporting requirements; attended meetings and other activities focused on

the Stimulus project works in collaboration with other Agencies and UPO

Divisions and programs to maximize ADD Stimulus Program as well as external
