. Improved global environmental performance metrics and data reporting.
Results: Performance indicator definitions were revised to reduce
technical ambiguity; reduced data handling; developed more specific
operational goals; increased ability to monitor progress; improved
data integrity.
. Written two annual corporate EHS reports covering all global
manufacturing operations. Results: Enhanced the overall transparency
of the organization; helped improve the company's global reputation as
a leading corporate citizen.
. Produced corporate global environmental standards focused on waste
management, resource conservation, recycling and integrated program
development and data collection requirements. Results: The standards
were used to ensure consistent environmental operations regardless of
global location; provided the basis for a corporate auditing program
as well as a local environmental management system.
. Built environmental services business through networking and
demonstrating technical capabilities. Results: Generated sales to
more than $500k in 4 years; increased staffing from 1 to a department
of 4; expanded services beyond environmental to include water supply.
. Devised standard contracts for waste and waste recycling services.
Results: Avoided starting over with each new service provider; better
control over contract negotiations; less time spent on each contract.

Results: Identified and defined relevant performance indicators, data
collection and management processes for global implementation; data

. Conducted 100+ due diligence assessments for commercial and industrial
property transfers focusing on current and historical uses of the site
with respect to environmental concerns and regulatory compliance.
