Member of Test Engineering group including these responsibilities:
• Develop characterization, production, and wafer sort test programs on different platform (93K J750, Catalyst,
Eagle and Sentry).
• Involved in the testability review (DFT & DFM) of complex processor devices.
• Pattern conversion to any platforms using Vtran or regular system tools.
• Involved in test various high speed differential buses using NP2500 and PS3600 and some HXA.

6 years of test/product engineering experience. Excellent customer-interface and problem-solving skills includes:
• Developing test programs and full characterization programs on 93K and 83K.
• Memory test including SRAM and DRAM for 0.18 and 013 micron technology using the APG tools to generate
the pattern and writing a routine (.ppss) for special patterns, such as test chip PP18C, PP13C for Synopsys.
• Mixed Signal device including DAC,ADC and PLL’s for set-top-box and wireless antenna such as
digeo.xstream.(VP & T4)
• Supporting production, troubleshooting of various types of ATE equipments on the test floor including handlers
(Epson’s and Synex) and probers (TSK and TEL) machines.
• Interfacing with Customer product and test engineers to provide technical support for production and
development projects.

Responsibilities included:
• Administration of a small sized computer network running Windows NT 4.0&UNIX.
• On-site computer repairs.
• Phone based and on-site client technical support.
