Lead Business Analyst/Sr. Business Analyst

As a member of the FACTS team, I was exposed to all aspects of the

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). I was also responsible for the

development, deliverable, and maintenance of the off shore development team

and also used to keep a good track of progress through off shore managers

on a daily basis. I prioritized the defects of the system and handed them

over to the developers to be fixed and to make sure that all fixes were

tested well before deployment of the deliverable. I have very good

knowledge and experience in understanding, developing,maintaining web

development projects.

Met with state representatives to review and clarify requirements and test

results of the modernized web based application and wrote technical

documentation for the application.

Created standardized templates, manuals, and system documentation.

Documentation of use cases and working in a web based environment. Made

sure that the web applications are efficient and able to communicate the

As a member of the ICWIS team, I was exposed to all aspects of the Software

entire ICWIS application which was all in .NET. ICWIS serves the needs of

the Division of Family and Children of the Indiana Family and Social

Services Administration (FSSA), which is responsible for the administration

of multiple programs that provide services to children and their families.

Our role was to support the state in their efforts and to provide technical

assistance when appropriate.

Met with the state representatives to review and clarify requirements and

testing of the modernized web based application.

Interacted with users/ team members to understand the system.

Documented use cases.

Tested the system and reported bugs to the development team.

Prioritized the testing of the bugs to make sure that the reported problems

have been fixed

Made sure all high priority fixes were solved and available for deployment.

System.
