took care of his daily needs, engaged in conversation, conducted activities, and interacted to stimulate his
cognitive skills.

• My work and volunteer experience have not been limited to the medical field, but to the research department

• I volunteer on an as needed basis for a major organization in our community that assists patients in various
hospitals and nursing homes throughout NYC and Brooklyn. I provide respite for the family members of
hospital and nursing home patients. I sit with patients who do not have family members with them so that
hospital staff would see that their patients have an advocate and ensure quality care.
