Develop and maintain an approved Quality Control, APP and Safety Plan for the project

Create QC, AHA and Safety files for daily inspections, coordinate job specifications, scope of work and submittal

requirements

o Inform contractors’ representative and Project Manager of any recorded deficiencies or issues

Work directly with superintendent to correct any deficiencies that may occur

o Inspect work following corrective actions for all deficiencies

o Issue stop work orders if deficiencies are not corrected or are repeated

o Check all materials installed to ensure that they comply with approved submittals, inspects installations to

ensure compliance specifications
