physically inspecting equipment on a schedule.

As a high potential Maintenance-Professional, I was recruited back to
Tredegar Film Products, LaGrange, GA. Plant for technical support with
unlimited responsibilities for the LaGrange plant and 4 other plants
in The U.S. and 2 plants abroad with emphasis on problem solving.

Started as Maintenance Mechanic then Maintenance Supervisor, Project
Engineer, Process Engineer, Technical Supervisor and fill in Plant
Manager.
Responsibilities included supervising Mechanical and Electrical
Mechanics, Maintenance Supervisors, Project Engineers, Process
Engineers, Teaching Economics (Train the Trainer) to Supervisors and
Employees so as to help improve productivity and solve problems. It
also included but not limited to, hiring and supervising contractors,
maintaining stores, design and installation of new and modified
equipment, improving equipment efficiency, and maintaining and
upgrading existing equipment. Some other task were maintaining fixed
asset reports, maintaining and up-dating project files equipment files
and blueprints. Scheduling implementing and optimizing preventative
maintenance and vibration analysis is some of the many of my
responsibilities and accomplishments and certainly not all my
capabilities.
