Main Duties:

-Monitoring network security events received from customer's monitored

servers, and then take appropriate action based on customer's security

policy.

- Monitor the health and security of various firewall appliances and

IPS/IDS sensors; respond and follow-through as needed.

-Triage incoming alerts for security incidents and escalate as required.

-Respond to inbound phone and electronic requests for technical assistance

with Verisign TeraGuard system ( Formally SecureWorks ) .

- Assess incident severity and escalate to the next level support as needed

- Assisting customers with security related issues

-Coordinate with SOC Infrastructure Support team to maintain/trouble shoot

defense perimeter and monitoring integrity.

-Maintain trouble ticket log identifying problems and resolutions

-Carrying out all activities regarding SOC policies and SOC procedures

-Due to the nature of the business the SOC analyst position covers all

shifts 24/7.

Main Duties:

- Provide pre-sales assistance for sales opportunities to customers and

partners including installations, troubleshooting and training of

products.

- Define solution options and articulate the benefits of products .

- Act as an interface between the Sales organization and technical staff

to resolve outstanding issues .

- Assist in closing business in Gulf & Levant areas through field visits

to major account prospect
