Job Title: Assistant QA Manager, Hopkinsville, KY
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and start my path to a new career that
came about due to the economic conditions that led to the reduction in the work force at 3A
Composites. In my past employment at 3A Composites I have worked in many positions which
included Quality Assurance, Production supervision, and finally as C.I. Project Leader. I always
strive to work toward making a positive contribution and completing new goals in performing my
assigned job task.
I have been a leader in testing of finished products (painted coil, composite panels), and various
raw materials while resolving the quality issues that occur during this process. During my time in
Quality Assurance I was involved in establishing testing procedures, record keeping, document
control, visual standards and customer complaints. This included coordinating production
schedules with production operators while ensuring raw materials are available for production. I
have also gained knowledge in dealing with people, vendors, and contractors while working in
this supervisory capacity. As the C.I. Project leader I was involved in VSM work shop’s, 5S and
scrap reduction programs.
During my time at 3A Composites I have demonstrated a willingness to communicate with all
levels of management and I always strive to deliver the best possible product to our customers in
a timely manner.
Sincerely,
Charles D. Ellegood
