scorecard to help with the pricing decisions. The new pricing approach

- For a Class I freight railroad, involved in long-term contract

negotiations with a "Big 3" auto manufacturer; developed a dossier

which included price-elasticity analysis, industry trends and detailed

railroad company profiles. The client won the contract at a

significantly higher than expected amount.

- For a large ocean carrier, assisted in conducting a feasibility study

to examine the economic impact of drayage operations on the local

shippers as a result of moving terminal operations to a different

location.

- For a railcar manufacturer, assisted in the development of a five-year

strategic plan and a tactical short-term turnaround plan. The company,

which at that time was on the verge of bankruptcy, has since reported

years of growth and profitability.
