The Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS) is a multiyear
project designed to create a state-of-the-art, web-based eligibility
determination system for DHS programs. TIERS will provide DHS eligibility
workers with a single, integrated system that will be used in delivering
food, cash assistance, medical, community care, and child care services to
Texans in need. It also will support data sharing with 20 state agencies.
TIERS is used to improve customer service, expand access to services,
provide a more efficient system for workers and enhance fraud protection
tools.
Responsibilities
. Developed the Test Cases using QC according to the Business Requirement
Document and User Interface Document, performed Black box, Integration,
Database and System Testing.
. Writing and executing Test cases in Quality Center after reviewing the
business required document and technical specifications.
