High school experience: Was part of the student council, crest committee, and part of the track team.
I worked with the city of Douglas and Mexico, to create a mural which stands in Douglas that represents
the unity of Douglas AZ, and Mexico.

November of 1995 – August of 2010
I was a collector for 2 years, became a supervisor, a trainer to implement new concepts, ideas, work
ethics, and laws.
I trained several locations within OSI, (Outsourcing solutions incorporated, AALLC), with the Skills
Development Report and received
recommendation reward for my accomplishments. Also experienced in Legal Collections: I was
responsible for ensuring accounts meet legal criteria, made final calls before suit.
Also responsible for supervising the daily activities of the assigned department Account Representatives.
As a supervisor I maintained a team average of 120% or greater,
trained my team as well as others. I am ambitious, motivated to excel, and always willing to increase my
abilities as a leader.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Understand, demonstrate and promote the principles of the Company’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Assist department management with providing direction and leadership to Account Representatives in
assigned departments ensuring business
and financial goals are obtained.
o Communicate department expectations, financial and business goals.
o Support associate development and career path opportunities. Provide ongoing coaching and
constructive feedback.
o Oversee Account Representatives department training. Identify additional training needs and ensure
Account Representatives receive training.
Collaborate with manager/assistant manager to prepare and administer associate performance
appraisals.
o Support recruitment initiatives. Assist with maintaining necessary staffing levels. Participate in
applicant interview and selection process.
o Assist with corrective actions, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
o Assist with termination process; ensure that required documentation is in order and make
recommendations for termination.
o Ensure compliance with policies and procedures as required.
• Manage and monitor Account Representative’s work schedules ensuring proper compensation.
• Communicate new and revised policies and procedures ensuring compliance.
• Compile team projection data in order to analyze actual vs forecast and determine action plans.
