WORK EXPERIENCE:
Overall experience of 3.5 Years, with 3 Years of experience in Sterling
OMS/WMS projects.
- Currently associated with Xchanging Plc. as a Senior Software Engineer
for past 11 months, for a Yantra 7.5 implementation project in
Logistics domain.
- Was associated with Cognizant Technology Solutions for 2.5 Years,
working mainly for a Sterling 8.0 implementation project in
Manufacturing domain.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
V Good technical and functional knowledge in Order Management, Supply
Collaboration, Inventory Management, Reverse Logistics, Warehouse
Management System modules of Sterling Multi Channel Fulfillment
Solutions.
V Experience in extending the Sterling Rich Client Platform (RCP) UI
screens and JSP Console screens.
V Experience in Implementing User Exits, Event handlers, Agent Servers,
Integration Servers and Service Definition framework of Sterling MCFS.
V Experience with the Interfaces that are used in exchange of data
between Sterling application and other external systems.
V Experience in using the Sterling Configuration Deployment Tool (CDT),
build tools such as Ant build. Participated in the Configuration and

ACHIEVEMENTS:
V Enhanced the authentication and user login security features of the
Sterling implementation, by Customizing login procedure and added new
features than the expected requirements by the client. Received
appreciations from the client for successful completion and delivering
this CR by exceeding the expected requirements.
V Solely took up the responsibility of upgrading the Application from
Yantra 7.9 to SCMCF 8.0 at offshore development environment by
understanding the new features introduced in 8.0. Transitioned the
steps to the onsite/offshore team members.
V Was awarded "The Guiding Light" in the manufacturing vertical level
for mentoring the new members and trainees in the functional and
technical details of the project.
V Our team was awarded "The Incredibles" for forming a very well-
coordinated and vibrant team and creating a positive influence on the
organization. Our team was awarded among the other teams of entire
Manufacturing vertical in the organization.

Project Description:
Service Parts Logistics supports the fulfillment and execution of
service parts involving activities like parts distribution,
transportation, warehouse management and repair of parts. DHL has
several customers that have outsourced their service parts logistics
operations. DHL maintains several warehouses across the globe to
maintain service parts inventory required to support customer's
service parts requests. The SeLECT solution, an implementation of
Yantra 7.5, provides a system for inventory visibility, warehouse
management, order fulfillment and shipment visibility at all these
locations in an efficient manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and fixing of the incident tickets in the application by
meeting the SLA.
- Analyzing and fixing of the problem tickets in the application.
2. Order Administration Sales Inventory System (OASIS)

Project Description:
OASIS deals with various types of orders from creating to fulfilling,
maintaining inventory of various items, physical and cycle count,
dashboard, etc. This interacts with various other external systems
such as JDE, Mainframes, WLI, etc using Interfaces. OASIS involves a
lot of customizations to the Sterling Product using Java, XML,
XSL/XSLT and Yantra Service Definition Framework. This helps the
customers to take care of their whole supply chain operations for
their stores with a single system from tracking inventory of their
items, presenting complete picture of material count, shipment details
and orders based on their statuses in addition to order maintenance.
This also provides them with reports of orders, cycle count, sales
slip etc based on a data range.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Core member of the team right from the inception of the project and
was responsible in successfully setting up the complete development
environment at the offshore environment. Involved in implementing
enhancements and resolving issues of the application.
- RCP and Java Developer - Redesigning and creating new customization
screens and backend functionalities.
- Analyzing and fixing the issues in the OASIS application in RCP and
Java.
- Build and Release Management - Setting up the Build Environment at
Offshore. Coordinating and managing the release activities in the
team.
- Releasing the deliverables to the Client by managing the testing and
release management resources and successfully delivering high quality
implementations to the client.
- Mentor the new members and trainees in the team and transition the
technical and functional details of the application.
3. Industrial Hygiene Exposure Management System (IHEMS)

Project Description:
Industrial Hygiene Exposure Management System (IHEMS) facilitates
foreseeing, recognizing, evaluating and controlling of industrial
waste and chemical exposure in workplace. The data entered by
Industrial hygienists from respective plants are manipulated and
evaluated and approved by a central body based at Saint Paul. If
hazardous or above exposure limit as per regulations, the respective
plants are alerted. Currently, 3M has WorkCHEC (PB/SQL server)
application for this purpose but since it has got limitations, this
application is to be reengineered to J2EE architecture.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing and Reviewing the Prototype during one of the iteration of
the application development using JSPs, HTML and JavaScript.
- Reviewing and testing the modules of application developed in previous
iterations.
