mUrgent is a marketing firm that specializes in email marketing.

• Production Supervisor: (Nov 2009 – Feb 2011)

Supervised a 10 person design team in the production of over 700 - 800 emails per month.

Final creative approval over all emails before they were sent to the client’s database.

Design and HTML coded a multitude of emails, for various clients, a month.

Responsible for initial technical setup of all new accounts.

Liaison between the Creative Services Department and the Account Service Department,

answering any questions on email and print design.

Researched and implemented any new HTML code changes to ensure our emails are cross

email client and browser complainant.

Developed and implemented new policies for the Creative Services Department.

Supervised a 4 person design team in the production of over 350 – 400 emails per month.

Managed email design for over 40 clients, personally caring for over 100 emails per month.

Directed the training of new designers.

Managed a high volume of emails with the responsibility meeting the client’s demands.

Extensive use of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop CS3 and Illustrator CS4).
