Project Management

project plans. Conducted and managed pipeline corridor surveys and impact

Route and Land Use Analysis

Environmental analysis of proposed land use and environmental impacts

associated with construction projects such as natural gas pipelines, fiber

optic cable, commercial development and roadways. Developed the expertise

in the analysis of environmental impacts, natural resource mapping and

providing client management with specific knowledge about environmental

Construction Monitoring & Pre-construction Surveys

Responsible for environmental inspection and field coordination during

construction phase

of projects that included compliance inspection and pre-construction survey

proposed linear project for impacts to natural resources. Make

recommendations to project management on the most practical and

economically feasible alternatives to construction constraints while

maintaining regulatory permit conditions.

Wetland Delineation

Expertise in the identification of jurisdictional wetlands as defined by

the US Army Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual. Over 10 years

of field experience delineating all phases of development projects that may

impact natural resources. This includes natural gas pipeline corridor

surveys, highway relocation analysis, electrical station and landfill

siting studies as well as industrial, commercial and residential

development. Provide educational field classes and professional training

in the identification of wetlands and wetland ecosystems. Provide

consulting advice to project management on design criteria and impacts to

natural resources that may affect project plans.

Training

Complete development of professional training courses for wetland

delineation and pipeline inspection. Course developer of training program

to educate and train personnel on two natural gas pipeline construction

projects. Designer of program literature that included a worker's

handbook, permit reference manuals and slide presentation for regulatory

agencies, project and construction management. Class instructor of course

material and slide presentation. Associate instructor and supervisor for

university wetland delineation field practical. Ability to lead and train

field crews while accomplishing survey goals and increasing the

professional awareness of junior scientists.
