PROJECTS

* H-bridge motor drive (fiber tech ltd.) Company’s project as final year project.

Key Role: Circuit fabrication of this project which is to rotate motor clockwise and anticlockwise.

Tools Used: For Efficiency and accuracy Used STM32F0 which has ARM-cortex M0 MCU. For H-Bridge MC33883 IC use

Flaws: Calculation of dead time was not perfect due to this at the time of switch rotation MOSFET got damage.

* Line follower at college robotics workshop.

Key Role: Designed a basic robot which follows a well-defined path.

Tools Used: LM324 IC for the basic.

Flaws: High RMP motor doesn’t give great accuracy.

* TV remote jammer using 555 IC.

Key Role: Circuit fabrication of a TV remote jammer that blocks the transmitted signal by flooding the IR signal.

Tools Used: 555 IC, IR LED.

Flaws: High advance remote don’t get jammed by this project.

* Magnetic levitation using Hall-Effect sensor.

Key Role: Circuit fabrication of this project which is to levitate the permanent magnet in air.

Tools Used: KA7500C IC which is PWM generator and Hall Effect Sensor.

Flaws: Hysteresis loss in iron core of the coil, electromagnet doesn’t work well due to this magnet was not suspended.
