Sugen Hire Initiative - Designed, planned and implemented the staffing
strategy for hiring 15 key management contributors in 45 days for Research
Organization. These key hires formed the core Translational Medicine Group
for Chiron that advanced 3 drugs in clinical trials, worth billions of
dollars to the company in future sales and disease prevention for the
world. Competed with Genentech and Amgen for these key hires.
BrassRing - subject matter expert and beta tester for U.S. implementation
of applicant tracking system.

Novartis Re-Mapping of Staffing Process - charged with development of
process mapping of all core staffing functions across the newly formed
company after the merger for all US business units. Included training plan,
development of implementation plan for a total rollout to all managers
throughout the U.S locations.
