Project: PLMBR (PLS Loss Mitigation Business Reporting) is the system of record for business reporting on PLS

Loss Mitigation. This involves the tracking of loans in pools that back PLS (Private Label Securities) deals and the

projects associated with forensic reviews and subsequent repurchases/recoveries or other settlement of

claims. The workflow involves multiple counterparties (trustees, originators, servicers, and issuers), forensics

vendors, and internal Fannie Mae groups (CMRM, Legal, and NUC). The PLMBR system will facilitate internal

business users providing updates to project status as well as provide data consolidation and reporting of updates

from vendors.

Responsibilities:

• KT sessions with the development team while the SharePoint site was under development for UAT testing

purposes.

• Generated weekly status reports via Access / Excel.

• Understanding the Data dependencies, Business Logic, Reporting needs, for Data Validation and report

analyst can instruct GS accordingly.
