Instituted new year-end processes including safe harbor reviews for senior U.S. assignees

advanced Excel formulas which allowed the production of timely and accurate reports on

the status of tax equalization balances.

Revamped the tax equalization collection process, including creating a new internal lockbox

process, resulting in timelier and effective collection process.
