• Managed contract negotiations and created Service Level Agreements for vendor qualification and performance standards
ensuring that all were fiscally solvent and capable of providing safe, responsive, compliant and competitively bid for services
and supplies. Maintained primary and secondary vendors and graded them annually to ensure fair market bidding, and
sound accounting practices.
Proposal Standards, Progress Reporting, Code Requirements, Project Management, and OSHA Regulations
• Strengthened bottom line position by documenting and providing accurate facility assessment information and precise
forecasting data to remove finance and asset management concerns of being under or over capitalized.
• Responsible for the insurance of validated construction design documents and ensuring they conformed to OSHA and other
regulatory requirements including plan check and review for the disciplines required for accessibility, architectural,
electrical, energy, fire-life-safety, mechanical, plumbing and structural.
Electronic Security Systems, Access Controls, Safety and OSHA Regulations
• Managed badge access, security video DVR design and security levels and area creations, validation, monitoring and
reporting. Worked with DSX and Lenel security systems, and kept and managed hard key ladder scheduling and chain of
custody document.
