primary responsibility included custom and
standard system quotations to field sales
representatives, owners and contractors and
coordinating order entry with engineering design
and submittal processes. Secondary responsibility
included expansion and training of sales agents,
adding over $1,500,000 sales through sales of
which $500,000 was to newly formed agencies.

Sales included custom refrigeration products to
major companies in Western NY such as Bethlehem
Steel, Eastman Kodak, Harrison Delphi Thermal,
City of Buffalo Parks and various wineries
throughout region. Also, sales of large custom
chiller packages to OEM manufacturers of systems
for plastic plants, ice arenas in NY,
California and N. Carolina, Floor tile
manufacturing for Armstrong World, special
processes at Corning Glass, Inc., Delphi Thermal,
GM, and various meat and specialty food
processors. Additional sales include ergonomic
lifts and workstation actuators for a new company,
customers included General Motors Corp., Moog,
Inc., American Axle Corp., General Electric and
Bison Foods.
Projects featured involvement with process
cooling, from appropriate heat transfer fluid to
the sizing of loads, types of cooling equipment
available and benefits of each, to load matching
with external process equipment to pipe sizing for
refrigeration systems, equipment customizing, and
installation troubleshooting. Serviced segments
of industry such as Surface Finishing (Anodizing),
plastics (auxiliary water cooling), laser and
hydraulic cooling, to food processes such as bulk
tank and fermentation processes at wineries.
Involved with all segments of ice rink
refrigeration, from sizing to selection of
equipment. Additional services provided were
comparison studies done for high efficiency
chiller systems.

Assuming duties caused by sick leave, managed and
expanded OEM sales accounts such as Carrier,
Zurn, Inc. and Agway Dairy Systems to over
$500,000 of quota and re-established contractor
and user accounts to over $350,000 of quota,
received company award for achievement. Notably,
Established sales to OEM distributor of ice rink
floors (Calmac, Inc.) resulting in ice rink sales
of over $500,000 for 5 projects and other general
process cooling projects including accounts at
General Mills, General Motors, Eastman Kodak,
Bison Foods and Occidental Chemical.
Another duty included management of wholesale
distributors for refrigeration compressors and
parts, refrigeration shell and tube evaporators
and condensers, and commercial refrigeration
components to wholesale food retailers. Duties
included involvement with local trade associations
requiring attendance and speaking at trade shows.
